Alumni Reunion Weekend at ND and SMC – June 1st – 4th  2017

At Notre Dame, the theme of the panel will be Inclusion & Diversity at Notre Dame – Join The Conversation

So much has recently occurred in the US causing us all to think about our core values and how we welcome others who may be different than us. As a Notre Dame community, we have an obligation to ensure that the principals of diversity and inclusion for people of all colors, genders, faiths, sexual orientations, social or economic class, and nationality are welcome and supported.  Join members of the ND LGBT alumni community as we discuss this critically important and relevant topic. (Contact Jack Bergen at

At Saint Mary’s, the panel will cover The Intersection of Saint Mary’s Core Values and LGBT Life Today.

Current events have lead many of us to reflect upon our own experiences in the world as LBTQ individuals and as SMC alumnae. The core values of the Saint Mary’s mission statement call for students and alumnae to pursue ‘intellectual vigor, aesthetic appreciation, religious sensibility, and social responsibility.’  We invite you to join the LBTQ alumnae of SMC in discussing these intersections and the challenges found today.  (Contact Holly James at
